Shipping

We ship to most addresses across Australia within a day or 2 after we receive your payment. Items are shipped using our chosen Freight company or Australia Post. This will depend on the most cost effective way for you as a customer. 

To overseas retailers who are interested in stocking our products: Please contact us for your requirements.

Our website does not accept payment.

After you place your order, one of our staff will pack and calculate your Freight Costs and apply discounts (if applicable) and advise you of the value of your total order through a Proforma Invoice before payment.

Returns Policy

Items can only be return if it is defective, broken or the wrong item was received. If the item is defective or broken please email a photo of this and a description to sales@lingift.com.au. A credit note will be issued and apply to your next order, or we will send a replacement if available, or we will refund if the first 2 options is not possible.
